Individual Plus Packages
When you know you need time spent directly on your migraines, as well as any other physical and emotional concerns you’re currently experiencing, individual therapy is the pathway to go.
Additionally, with the Individual Plus packages, you also get the added bonus of being able to participate in our Chronic Migraines GHk & EFT Group as well. Packages are available in bundles of 3, 5 or 10 sessions. Each therapy session is 90 minutes in duration and delivered via phone or video.
Individual Plus Packages include the following:
- 90 min. sessions offered in 3, 5 or 10-session packages

Access to the Chronic Migraines GHk & EFT Group for:
1 month for the 3 session package
2 months for the 5 session package
3 months for the 10 session package
Rates

Is Individual Therapy Covered by Insurance?
Although LifeCore requires a prepayment of fees-for-service for all packages and sessions, 48 hours prior to service delivery (or in a shorter timeframe, for On-Demand Calls), clients with insurances that have Out-of-Network Behavioral/Mental Health coverage may be able to receive partial, and possibly even, full reimbursement.
The best thing for you to do determine whether you would receive partial or full reimbursement for Behavioral/Mental Services with an Out-of-Network Provider, is to simply call up your insurance company and ask.
If they state that you’re eligible for reimbursement, weekly invoices for your care, delivered by Lauren Sonnenberg, LMHC, MCAP, LMP, will be made available to you upon request. The invoices contain the service and diagnostic codes you need to go forward in submitting the required paperwork that your insurance company needs. Please ask your insurance company to send you the required forms.

If needed for extra support in between sessions, clients who have purchased a package have the ability to schedule 15 min. On-Demand Calls (fees apply) during the course of the package.
